I attempted to set up my newsgroups account in MS Office Outlook 2003 by
following Help which calls for adding the News menu item to the Go menu item.
After I did that, I was able to access my newsgroups just fine. However,
when I closed the application and reopened it, the News submenu item had
disappeared from the Go menu item. Worse still, when I attempted to reapply
the Help instructions to add the News menu back to the Go menu, the News
menu item no longer exists. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this problem
following Help which calls for adding the News menu item to the Go menu item.
