NEWS is not in my Custom Category Command list.

I am trying to put the "News" in my Go Menu. When I use the Standard Tool
bar, Customize, Category, Command there isno "NEWS" in the category list.
Any ideas where it is? And how I get it into the "GO" menu?

Make sure Outlook Express is set as your default newsreader in Control
Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs

it should be under the go category - select it and drag to the menu bar.
hover over Go and it will expand, then drop it in place.
