News option missing

Hi I am trying to put a News button on Outlook 2003 menhu. However when I
go to Customize, Co0mmands,Go. I not have News listed?

Can someone tell me whatI'm doiung wrong please

I have a similar problem on two different systems. I haven't found the
solution yet.
