Newsgroup Attaching picture or screenshot capability on this newsg

To Newsgroup Admin: Is there a way you can turn on attaching screenshot
feature for this newsgroup. Many of the dialogboxes and screen errors can be
attached for discussion.

You can already do that if you use a real newsreader to access the group.
But it is preferred that you DO NOT post binaries here.

Hi I-Ali,

Please don't post binaries! Paying for download occurs in most countries,
other than the USA, where most people have to pay by the minute for using
the telephone line when downloading. An individual posting of pictures and
project files can take ages to download! So - everyone is asked to please
keep postings to the minimum. If a file is the only way - then suggest
corresponding by email and posting the results on this ng from which we can
all benefit .
