OK, that one worked, but I've been trying for days to submit a question under
Access Reports and ever time I subit I get an error message that says
operations has been notified of the problem.
Anybody else have problems?
Many, many people. The infuriating thing is that it's the *error
message* that is wrong - the post does in fact get through. We're
seeing MANY duplicate posts for this reason.
The newsgroups can be accessed independently of Microsoft's (rather
flaky and slow!) webpage. Try using Microsoft Outlook Express (which
comes as part of Internet Explorer); there is a "newsreader" option.
Set the news server on the Accounts menu option to
msnews.microsoft.com and you'll be able to get to exactly the same
newsgroups without (these particular) hassles.
