newsgroup reader is completely missing from outlook 2003 with SP1

I cannot Add news to my go list because it is not there period. it has totaly
disapeared after installing SP1 into Outlook 2003

I am running Windows XP pro and Outlook 2003 was installed off of a main
server running SBS2004
