Newsgroups - view by conversation

When reading newsgroups and using the "View by conversation" setting, it
places a header line at the top of each grouping.

This is just plain stupid - it's very obvious where each group starts and
stops because they're different, and on a page with just four single message
threads, there are eight lines, four of which are these stupid headers.

In the View/Arrange menu group, "Show in Groups" is checked, and disabled.

What a load of utter rubbish: how do I enable this option, so that I can
uncheck it and remove get a bit more useable screen real estate back?

Viewing by Conversation is accomplished by grouping. You can't turn this
off. View by Subject instead if you don't want the group headers.

Hope this helps!

View by conversation has problems. Try View by Lists.
