Not directly. By default, Outlook uses a news only version (i.e. no
mail functions available) of Outlook Express as its newsreader. You can
get to it from within Outlook by using View | Go To | News. If you'd
prefer to use a 3rd party newsreader such as Agent or Gravity, you would
just need to change your default news client to that program in Control
Panel | Internet Options | Programs tab, and then the View | Go To |
News command in Outlook should open that news program instead of OE.
