I subscribe to a newsletter that comes to me on web mail as formatted
HTML which is correct. However when I download to the MS Office 2003
client the formatting is now text so I lose all the formatting
(graphics, hotlinks, etc) of the newsletter. Problem is no other HTML
formatted messages are converted to text including others from this one
source. Only this newsletter is converted.
I have contacted the newsletter editor and they think it is the client
or my provider Verzion. But a call to the Verizion helpdesk and checks
by myself show correct configuration of software, etc.
Any suggestion? I can post the newsletter "text" if that would assist
debug.
