Newsletter Pop-up Message

I want to have a message "Join My Mailing List" when new
visitors visit or leave my website.

I am using FrontPage 2004 - what will I need in order for
this to work?

Jay,

You would need a script to accomplish this. It can be
done several different ways, but here are some samples of
opening a window on the Page Load & Page Unload.

The problem trying to do this is that
there is really no way to identify an "individual" visitor.
Also, AOL uses proxy servers, so you can have several
visitors via the same IP address.
I would recommend just having a link available that they could
click to join your mailing list.
