Newsletter width

I create a newsletter in FrontPage with several sections actually
created as tables.

THE PROBLEM:
Some of the recipients complain that it is larger than their screen
and they are forced to scroll horizontally to read a line.

I set the width of each table as 100% and though I solved the
problem. But apparently it does not work for every one.

One other possible clue: I have introduced an image of a calendar of
events and its width = 800

The table will stretch to fit the image.

An image 800px wide will cause my browser to need a bottom scroll bar.
Are your users' browsers opened to 800px or smaller?
If so, the image needs to a maximum of 760px wide, with zero left/right
margins, zero padding, and nothing on either side of it.
