I am having so many problems and I am sure it is something really dumb that I
have done - some nice person helped me with inserting pictures - now I copied
large copy to the office clipboard and when I try to paste it, I only get an
icon and can't open it or get it to print - I really really don't to have to
re-create this copy again!
