Even if we did know, I'm afraid we couldn't tell you.

The best place to find out information about what's happening in Access
would be the Access team blog at http://blogs.msdn.com/access/ but I'm
pretty sure there's nothing about Access 14 there yet.

There is no date yet for when Access 14 will be coming out. As for support
for the mdb format and ULS, that information has not been released yet, so we
don't know.
