I dunno what I just did to OE but I can only see (in any view) todays messages, all the previous ones are gone. My other newsgroups I follow all show a couple of weeks of msgs. I think I pushed the wrong booton.

Any way to get the old ones back on board?

Make sure you have View Show all messages
- also select this newsgroup, right click for Properties, Local Files, Reset (will clear all), then select any other newsgroup, and
again select this newsgroup to reload all messages

Thanks, that was it. I had done Compact/Delete reload, but didn't think to do the Reset reload. duh.
