It is about setting up a rule in Outlook to allow you to remotely reboot your machine.

Of course, that would require Outlook to be running and once the batch job
ran, I'd be leery about trusting the PST since Outlook will not have closed
cleanly.

Agreed! However in testing there were no problems. Also it is not a great idea, from a security point of view, to allow your uses to monkey around like this.

So make sure you have the administrator's permission before trying this in the office!
