Nicknames not being picked up by Auto-Fill

I have just installed Outlook 2003. When I address an email, Outlook no
longer finds addresses based on Nicknames. I already went through updating
the *.n2k and *.nick files. Any other ideas?

Only the long abandoned IMO mode of Outlook ever used the nickname field. No
full version ever has.
