Place the vlookup within a test for NA:
=if(isna(VLOOKUP(A127,'Wellington
Total''s'!$A$2:$C$1991,2,FALSE)),"",VLOOKUP(A127,'Wellington
Total''s'!$A$2:$C$1991,2,FALSE))
You could replace "" with any other sort of 'default' you like.
