No "Accept" box appears under the User Agreement

Hi.
I'm running Office 2003 with Windows XP Home. I am trying to download
updates for Office, but no "Accept" box appears under the User Agreement, so
I can go no further.
I am also using Zone Alarm & Spybot. Could these be the problem?
