Access utilities that used to be in Add Ins in earlier versions are in
Database Utilities now. I don't currently have the developer tools installed
on this PC, but from memory I believe all the developer tools add ins are
VBA add ins, so you'll find them in the VBA add in manager rather than the
Access add in manager.
