no address in TO: field when replying

Hi there.
One of our users is experiencing a very strange issue whne replying to
e-mails using Outlook 2000. When he hits the reply button, the new message
window opens but does not populate the TO: field.
He is the only one in the company with this issue.
Has anyone else had this issue?

We are using Outlook 2000 and Exchange 5.5 with latest service pack.
