font changes in size when replying to a certain contact

hello

I have issue that is really wired. A user at my office has his signature
change color and size when he is replying to another user within the
company. This only happens to this user and no one else. The user that is
having the issue is using outlook 2002 and we are an exchange 2003. Now if
he creates a new email to this user the issue does not happen.

Thanks for the help

I have a similar issue. When I reply to emails - many different people - the
font color of my signature file and reply text changes to random colors -
sometimes it's all yellow, sometimes green, blue, etc.
Did you find out how to fix this??

I'm having the same issue. Using Outlook 2003 (11.8002.6568) SP2 -
Office Professional 2003

I use WORD as my editor.

It doesn't happen with every message but it changes from Times New
Roman with specific firm-mandated formatting to ARIAL 12.

In Word (for that's your email editor), Tools | Options | General | E-mail Options | Personal Stationery >> Pick a new color when replying or forwarding.
