I have Outlook2003 installed on my computer with all the latest patches. I
go into Tools - options - e-mail options- advanced.
I have it set for play a sound
briefly change the cursor
show the envelope
display desktop icon
None of this occurs when I receive a new e-mail. I'm glad I get the e-mail
but I'm not sure why I don't get any alert.
