No attention to MS Outlook?

I posted a question weeks ago, so have others since, but we are not
getting any solutions? Has the forum shut down, or are the questions
not answerable?

Outlook questions are best posted to Outlook news groups. This is a generic
Office group that answers mostly general questions - in depth assistance is
available from product specific groups.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, impacter asked:

Oh, and additionally, these forums are not Microsoft support forums - they
are peer-to-peer group where volunteers like me answer questions when we
have time.

You need to post Outlook questions to microsoft.public.outlook, that's where
the Outlook experts hang out.
