no audio for PowerPoint slides

there is no audio for PowerPoint attachments to e-mails.

i get a pop up message that Microsoft Sound is not installed.

what should i do?

Hi

Are you sending or receiving the file? Do you have powerpoint & if so which
version?

Can you play any sounds on your computer? Do you have a sound card? Which
version of windows?
