No box to enter Cc.. or Subject

When trying to send new, forward, or reply there is no box to enter addresses
for a Cc, Bcc, or subject. All I see is the box for the To addresses. All 4
boxes were available yesterday afternoon but not this morning. What could
have possibly happened and mopre important how do I correct the problem.

Click View. Is there a Message Headers entry you can check?

Thanks Brian,

I looked in options, customize, and it seems everywhere else but did not
think to look in Views.
