"No-Cache" using Publisher 2003

P

Paul

Usually I insert this statement into the header of my web page. So that when
revisitor come to this page, the new updated page will be displayed.

<meta http-equiv="PRAGMA" content="NO-CACHE">

I've tried it on plubisher web page (both filtered and unfiltered page) but
it didn't work. How do I get around with it? Is there any other alternative?

I've been trying for days but couldn't get a solution.
Thanks in advance for helping.

There is no way to insert a code fragment into the head section of your
Publisher web page. Editing the code directly, might work, but then you
would have to redo it each time you make a change in your Publisher doc, as
you can not save that edit.

Someone else asked about this once before, and I still don't understand why
this need be done. In my limited experience IE and other browsers are set to
refresh with an updated page by default.

I can offer no solution, other than to Google for alternatives...sorry.
