I am having the same problem. I am trying to use word
after reinstalling Windows XP. It is asking me for the
registration code on the back to the CD holder. The Word
program came with my computer as part of the installation
bundle. I have tried entering the certificate of
Authenticity code on my computer but that doesn't work
either . Help Please.
