No check boxes on Enterprise Resource Pool checkout

When I open the ERP from Project Professional 2003, I no longer have check
boxes beside any resources. The Select/Deselect All button is grayed out
too. In PWA, none of the resources show checked out and on the Manage
Enterprise, Check in Enterprise Resources screen no resources are displayed.
I used to be able to do this but now I can't. I am a primary administrator
for the system and I believe my account's privileges allow me to do this.
We have apparently changed something somewhere and messed this up. What
should I check next?

Perhaps you've lost your Category permission to Edit Enterprise Resource
Data. This could be because you have removed a Category, such as My
Organization, from the Administrators Group. Or, maybe the permission has
been switched to Deny.

That was it. I thought I'd double checked that but I guess I missed it!
