no clipart

I run Win XP Pro with Office 2000 but suddenly I cannot
insert clipart into a Word Doc all it comes up with is an
empty frame instead of the selected clipart
Can you help me Please

Tools>Options>View
Make sure Picture placeholders is unchecked.
