No Command Button Wizard

I usually don't use the wizard, but I just noticed when I select the Command
button from the toolbar, the wizard does not start. Why would it suddenly
not initiate? Is there a link/reference missing?

Open the Tool Box and make sure the wizard (wand) is depressed.
