I have plenty of outlook contacts but my address book is empty in Outlook
2007. I noticed another another comment similar to this in this and the
instructions to fix were: (See Tools > Email Accounts > View/Change
directories and address books.
However, under "tools" I don't have "email accounts". I have options under
tools but I have been unable to fix this issue.
