No Context Menu in Outlook 2003

I can not right click in on a message header to bring up
the Context Menu in Outlook 2003.
I was able to do that after I installed Office 2003 but
at some point it stopped working.
Does any body have any idea as to what is going on?
I uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled it but that did not
resolve the problem.

Hi Joe,
I've the same problem you notice :-(((
It's seems there is a little error when I right click the first time,
because I see a little waiting (hourglass for 1 second) of the mouse
pointer.
After that, every time I do a right click, there is no action.

It's a strange problem.
Uninstalling Office 2003, deleting the Office folders (and related
applications) in Document and settings, reinstalling and installing
the updates by the Office Support (from the Microsoft site), there is
no way to resolve the prob.
