no data in detail section

Running Access 2003, backend files on SQL Express. On one machine out of 5,
detail section of one frontend form has no data. Program ok on all other
machines. Clues?

Perhaps does that one computer have Office 2003 Service Pack 3 installed
where the others do not?

She has service pack like the rest of us. We've contacted our IT folks to
ask for a reinstallation of Office. Think that might help?
