no external mail on single outlook client

ok i have 200 outlook clients on an exchange 2k standard system SP3
running on windows server 2k SP4

all works fine except one user cant send external mail from her outlook

works ok if i use her profile on another pc same config
she can recieve ok
she can send/recieve internal ok
all other users ok

i blow away her outlook profile and reinstall and there is no change

i can think of anywhere to begine looking

the mesage is in her sent item in outlook when viewing from either pc using
her outlook acccount

but only the 2 messages sent from the second (test) pc show up in message
tracking center

im not sure if this is relevant but she aslo boiled dry the Kettle and broke
the photo copier but i cant find a direct like to this outlook prob LOL
