In outlook 2003, i am trying to export my calendar to a csv file, but in the
export wizard, there are no folders to choose from after i select "to csv".
in fact, there are no folders listed when i try to export to anything, except
for .pst. does anyone know why this happens or how i can fix it? thanks!
