No IM Address field in Custom Map in OL2002

I am trying to import a contact database in excel into
Outlook 2002. I have a field of MSN messenger addresses
I want to map to the "IM Address" field in Outlook;
however, there is no field in the "Custom Map Fields" in
Outlook to map it to?

Any ideas or work arounds? Is this a known issue?
