no "import and export" option in my File menu

There is no "import and export" option in my File menu. How do I export my
business contacts to a .csv file?

Very strange.

Outlook 2003 always has that File menu item whether BCM is loaded or
not.

I went to Tools > Customize and I was able to add it back.
