No inbound messages

Hi,

As of mid-morning Apr 27, I stopped receiving message in Groove. I can send
messages and send/receive files, though. I am running Groove 3.1 on 3
laptops (same account on all three, 2 are Vista and 1 is XP).

Any one else in the same situation?

As a note, I was also one of the users affected last week when the Groove
server stopped relaying information. I was down from mid-morning Tuesday,
Apr 21 to the evening of Wednesday, Apr 22. Since this was the third time I
have had the same issue, I decided to wait 48 hrs to see if the server was
reset.

I was out last Thursday and Friday, so I have just seen this. Would you
please tell me what Relay server you are using? I can have the maintainers
check into it.

To find your Relay server, from the Options menu, open Communications
Manager, and then click Network Settings. You will have one or more entries
that say "Relay Server URL". Reply with the values of those entries.

Hi Frances,

Thank you for replying. I only see one relay server URL listed. Its
grooveDNS://r000.groove.net. Let me know if you need the other URLs as well.

FYI, last week I opened up a Tech Support case and Gregg has also started to
work on this issue as well. He may have more information.
