No Information No free/busy information could be retrieved.

Under the Scheduling tab for an appointment some users
show \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ all across their dates. I used
the cleanfreebusy switch with no luck. Any ideas? I thank
you in advance.

Also is there a way to block a calendar from viewing by
others?
