"No information" publishing error

Help!

I get the error mentioned elsewhere on this board:

There is no information to display in this view

Either the project manager has not published the project plan or there is no
information in the project plan to display.

I have tried everything suggested to no avail. I have imported new projects
through the Tools > Enterprise Options > Import Project to Enterprise wizard
and I get the same error. I have tried everything Microsoft suggests on
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;810596. It's not
permissions because everyone gets it, even me, and I have rights to
absolutely everything. I have rebooted the machine--nothing works.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Marcus:

Have you actually published these plans using Collaborate > Publish ....?
If you have, any errors in the spooler?
Any errors in the Server application event log?
Security log?
