No Information Resources

Hi --
We use a variety of Outlook versions (97, 2000, 2003) and OSs (2000, XP).
When I go to schedule a meeting and pull any of the conference rooms in as a
resource the time line displays the No Information symbol beginning Jan 1,
2007. Everything looks normal prior to that date. What is happening here?

How far out is your free/busy being published? The default is 2 months. I use 12.

Hi --
I am not completely sure how far out it is being published. I initially
thought it was 12. How do I look at this setting?

Thanks for the reply. I found where to reset the default (was 2) to 12.
