No Junk email option in Organize Pane

I'm trying to enable junk email filtering in Outlook 2K.
When I open the Organize pane to enable the junk email
filter, there is no option to select or turn.

Just some dribble about Using Folders, Colors and Views.

Is this a bug? Should I do the usual re-install Outlook
(yikes!)

Try detect and repair first. Also, make sure you are using the Organize
button when you are in a mail folder.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
