Frustrated
I just spent $399 for Office Professional 2003 and there was no certificate
in it with the Key Code; there is also no sticker on the case. I bought it
from a store about 100 miles away, so am trying to avoid the drive to try and
return it. The only way it seems to get help from Microsoft is to pay $35
and I'm reluctant to throw good money after bad. I'm sure there must be a
way for Microsoft to verify my disk and reissue a Key Code. I have my
receipt and everything. The program is pretty expensive for a general office
tool, surely there must be some normal support route. Any help is
appreciated.
