No License on New Machine?

I bought a new computer to replace my old broken one, and
loaded my legally purchased Access 97 program on my new
Win 2000 machine. When I try to start the program, I get
a message saying that my computer will not load this
program because the system does not have a license for it.

Grrrr. This is really irritating, since I own this
program and want to load it on my new computer (my old
system is dead and gone.

Please help to deal with this license issue?

Ok, Doug; what do I do if I have Win 2000?

Did you read the article? There are steps outlined that you can follow if
you don't have Win 98.
