No login box/no access to web site files

To make changes to our web site, I used to go to our home page and use the
pull down at the top of I/E 6.0 and select "Edit using FP". FP2003 would
launch & I would then get a User ID/Password box. After entering info, FP
opened with side panel containing all of our w/s files. I would open the ones
I wanted individually and make changes. Closing and saving the file made the
changes appear instantly on the Internet. Now, no login panel, no long list
of files, just a design view of our home page. I've done this before (several
weeks ago) on this same PC using W2000 & FP2003. Our host company said no
changes to their server recently and that FP should work. Any ideas on how to
get back to our content? Many thanks! Paul M
