No longer able to open outlook?

I recieved a blue sceen message saying that there was a problem with windows
and if this was the first time this message had occured (which it was) I
should restart my computer (so I did). At the bottom of this page it said
"dumping physical memory" and the hard drive was definetly doing something.
Since then the only problem I have encountered is my Outlook won't load. The
screen opens with the Outlook logo, then closes and flashes to a warning
message that says this
---------------------------
Microsoft Office Outlook
---------------------------
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window.
The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact
your administrator if this condition persists.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I restored my computer to yesterdays settings and this changed nothing.
Everything else seems to work fine on the computer.

Any suggeestions would be greatly appreciated.

The infamous "Blue Screen of Death" aka a crash.
