No longer access to my Archive folders

To organise my old E-Mails in Outlook I use four Outlook-Archives, Yesterday
I used as usual the Archive-Function to reduce the folder size of my Mailbox.
Since then I have no longer access to my archives, even not to the properties.

See the below error message :

"The set of folder ould not be opened. File access is denied. You do not
have the permission required to access the file D:\Documents and
Settings\kamran.swati\My Documents\Outlook_Archive\kamran.pst"

Do you have any suggestions, please reply me within the next hours.

Can you use Windows Explorer to browse to that file? Check the permissions
on all of the folders in the path to the file.
