no longer have outlook 25-code to start with my ipaq synchronization

i have had an ipaq 3700 series ,and i just sent it back
for repairs..since now i have to reinstall ,its asking
for my outlook 2002 25 key code --i dont have it
anymore but ,im not sure it even asked b4 ..tis time if
i dont have it ,no snchronizing my contacts ,etc.--
please ,if anyone can help --im a beginner and its
frustrating-thx--where do i get this code?

why do you need to reinstall outlook? Did you uninstall outlook?
