No Meeting response buttons

I recently upgraded one PC with Outlook 2003 Professional. The PC was used to
send meeting requests to Outlook XP Professional. The meeting request from
Outlook 2003 professional arrives with NO "accept" / "decline"/ "propose a
new time" buttons on the Outlook XP Professional PC.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is there something I should be concerned
about.
