No menu options.

We are running Office 2001 (Mac version) on an Apple computer. One of our users has suddenly lost all the options that appear under the task pane eg.under FILE there appears no option, likewise with EDIT, VIEW,etc

Please HELP

I am having the exact same problem!!! It just suddenly happened to me, too. Has anyone helped you with this yet? Please let me know...I also run on the same program. I've got an iMac, OSX....
